Brothers, Sorors, Friends and Family,

Thank you for taking the time to visit the home of the Epsilon Theta Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Epsilon Theta Sigma also known as ETS is the premier chapter of the Black Belt of Alabama. Born on the heels of the civil rights movement, ETS was formed during the late 70's in Dallas County, Alabama by five hardworking men of Sigma; one of which included Bro. Fredrick D. Reese who is known for his role within the Selma to Montgomery March. It was Brothers Dr. Lorenza Smith, Dr. Scott Holmes, Dr. Allen Stewart, Phillip Allen and the late Robert Rich that heard the call to action and reactivated the Epsilon Theta Sigma Chapter in January 2007 and expanded our service area to include the Lowndes County region.
Epsilon Theta Sigma today is the same hardworking chapter that our charter members positioned us to be; you can always find us participating in community events such as March of Dimes, Joy to Life or the Autism Walk. We have a reputation for providing top notch programming, service projects, events and professionalism. Our programming includes: our bi-annual Royal Sapphire Scholarship Ball, our tailgate experience at ASU home games, our annual Easter Egg Hunt in Lowndes County and our Blue Zone Networking events. We work to provide educational resources through our scholarship programs and Educator Appreciation activities. It is our goal is to be the premier chapter of the River Region and set the "Blue Standard".
Feel free to walk through our website and don't forget to take a minute and visit our other social media pages and learn more about our chapter. You can find upcoming events and information on activities that we participate in. If you are a Brother looking for a chapter home, someone new to the city looking for things to do or looking to partner with our chapter, you are in the right place!
Feel free to contact me at 334.558.8349 and let's talk Sigma!
